When we first adopted Jet, I was nervous about how he would fit into our program at Seneca Center G.A.I.T.

Jet had been through a significant amount of trauma and abuse. He had some intense anxiety and scars both physical and emotional. The children that participate in the program are able to see themselves reflected in him and know that they are understood and loved unconditionally, which is something no human therapist is able to offer. The kids practice attachment and bonding skills with Jet and translate them over to life at home and at school.
