Wynter is not only a therapy horse, he is a life saver!
Wynter gave my daughter and I our lives back after being abused by then husband. There wasn’t any amount of medication or counseling that was helping my daughter and I overcome our traumas.

Our journey finding Wynter began when I put my daughter in a lesson program for horseback riding, and the smell of the barn and love from the animals was pure heaven. One day I happened to be scrolling through Facebook and saw a live auction. I was very saddened to learn these horses were destined for death if they didn’t find homes. Then there was Wynter!
I knew he was meant to be my daughter’s best friend and we brought him home. From day one my daughter put in every ounce she had in herself to help heal Wynter, help him gain weight, and learn to trust. However, it was really Wynter who was saving her (and I).
